Mommy, daddy and I had a lovely day today. We spent all morning out and about in Lincoln Park. The sun was shining brightly and a cool breeze was blowing, and most importantly, I was a very good boy.
We had brunch at Perennial Virant, then took a walk along a nature boardwalk next to Lincoln Park Zoo, and finished off with our first visit to the zoo. Sure, I slept for about 99.8% of this three-hour outing, but at least I have photographic evidence of the great fun the three of us had.
After we got home, mommy and daddy decided to celebrate the fact that I was still sleeping soundly with champagne/mimosas on our rooftop patio.
